A simple noodle dish made with fine noodles, we've used dried rice noodles, the dried noodles are cooked in the broth in the Cooking Chef bowl at the end of the recipe- if using pre-cooked noodles, you can skip this step and simply coat them in the broth before draining and combining them with the chicken and vegetables.

  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add chicken thighs to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 140°C, Stir 3
  7. Transfer chicken to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Repeat the same steps with the remaining chicken
  9. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  10. Attach the Stir Tool
  11. Add peanut oil, onion and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  13. Add the chicken into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Season with salt and black pepper
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  16. Then add green beans, carrot, white cabbage, chicken stock, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  20. Place a sieve over a large bowl and strain the content of the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Return the drained stock into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  23. Then add dried rice noodles to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  25. Strain noodles to remove stock, then stir them through the chicken and vegetable mixture
  26. Garnish with green onion
  27. Serve
