An easy batch cooked lasagne. This recipe makes two lasagnes so you can freeze one in the baking dish before baking for a dinner that is ready to go or freeze in portions for a quick evening meal.

  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add garlic clove, mixed dried herbs and paprika to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add ground beef to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  11. Then add red lentils, canned chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  13. Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl then set aside
  14. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  15. Attach the Creaming Beater
  16. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  18. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  20. Then add milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 90°C, Stir 1
  22. Then add salt, white pepper and nutmeg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Stir 1
  24. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  25. Spoon some of the tomato mixture into 2 baking dish
  26. Spoon some of the sauce into 2 baking dish
  27. Top with lasagna noodles
  28. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  29. Repeat the layering until full
  30. Top with parmesan cheese
  31. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  32. Serve
