Ingredients

- Water
- 250 g

- Light brown sugar
- 200 g

- Dark treacle
- 3 tablespoons

- 100 g

- 560 ml

Step preview
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add water, light brown sugar, dark treacle, ground ginger and mixed spice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 2
- Transfer mixture to jug then set aside
- Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
- Add gingerbread to the Food processor attachment
- Mix until fine crumbs form
- Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
- Remove the attachment from the machine
- Clean Cooking Chef bowl
- Attach the Whisk
- Add whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Whisk with splashguard fitted until soft peaks form - 3 min, Speed 4
- Dip the rim of the martini glasses into the whipped cream, so the rim is lightly coated
- Dip each martini glass into the gingerbread crumbs, so each glass has a coating around the rim
- Add ice, vodka, irish cream liqueur and whipping cream to a clean cocktail shaker
- Transfer content of jug to cocktail shaker
- Shake well
- Strain mixture into 6 martini glass
- Add 1 Tbsp of whipped cream into each glass
- Serve
