  8. Then add psyllium husk powder, olive oil and egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 30°C, speed 6
  10. Then add buckwheat flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 7
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  13. Then add salt to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 7
  15. Mix with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 8
  16. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  17. Prove with filler cap removed - 1 hr 20 min, 30°C
  18. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to silicone mold
  20. Bake - 1 hr 20 min, 175°C
  21. Remove from oven
  22. Transfer bread to cooling rack and let cool
  23. Serve
