Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, all purpose flour, baking powder, sea salt and mini caramel fudge chunks to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 4 min, Speed 1
  6. Spoon mixture into cupcake pan
  7. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  8. Remove from oven and let cool
  9. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  10. Attach Whisk
  11. Add cream cheese, sea salt, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 4
  14. Transfer icing to cupcakes
  15. Serve
