The minced meat is cooked with stock, tomatoes and red wine, and then this meat sauce is layered with pasta sheets and smothered in a creamy béchamel sauce. Enriched with onions and carrots, this simple lasagne recipe can be finished off by sprinkling with cheese and cooking to perfection in the oven. It’s delicious with a green salad.   1. Attach the Stir Tool

  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 180°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add onion, carrot, celery stalk and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 110°C, Stir 3
  7. Then add ground pork and ground beef to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add red wine, tomato purée, canned tomatoes, beef stock and worcestershire sauce to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook - 20 min, 110°C, Stir 3
  11. Transfer sauce to medium bowl then set aside
  12. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  13. Attach the Stir Tool
  14. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  16. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  18. Pour milk into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl carefully while machine is running
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 8 min, 90°C, Stir 1
  20. Then add nutmeg, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Stir 1
  22. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  23. Transfer one third of sauce to baking dish
  24. Top with lasagna noodles
  25. Add one third of the bechamel sauce into the baking dish
  26. Repeat the same process twice more
  27. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  28. Bake - 40 min, 180°C
  29. Serve
