This recipe requires no yeast and no lengthy proving time to make quick and delicious flatbreads which are cooked on a griddle pan. To add flavour, you could add a handful of black onion seeds into the recipe or brush the cooked flatbreads with melted garlic and herb butter.

  1. Attach Dough Hook
  2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, natural yogurt and olive oil to the Kenwood bowl

  4. Mix - 3 min, Speed 2
  5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  6. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  7. Roll out
  8. Brush a clean griddle pan with olive oil
  9. Heat - medium-high heat
  10. Transfer shaped dough to griddle pan
  11. Cook each side until bubbles form - 5 min
  12. Repeat the same with the remaining dough pieces
  13. Serve
