  1. Fit the Dough Tool

  10. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  11. Line a work surface with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour
  12. Retrieve the dough and place on the parchment paper
  13. Roll out into a rectangle, the same size as the baking tray
  14. Transfer the dough with the parchment paper to the baking tray
  15. Spread the pesto cheese mixture over the dough
  16. Top with the ingredients
  17. Bake on the lowest shelf - 15 minutes, 250ºC
  18. Remove from the oven
  19. Top with the ingredients
  20. Bake until the cheese has melted - 5-10 minutes, 250ºC
  21. Remove from the oven
  22. Drizzle with oil
  23. Serve
