  2. Add potato and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 110°C, Stir 3
  5. Drain potatoes into colander then set aside
  6. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  7. Attach the Stir Tool
  8. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 115°C, Speed OFF
  10. Then add onion and red bell pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 115°C, Stir 2
  12. Then add tomato paste and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 115°C, Stir 2
  14. Transfer potatoes to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Add frozen cauliflower, garlic powder, ground ginger, chili flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, garam masala and fine sea salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  17. Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl
  18. Let cool - 30 min
  19. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  20. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  21. Place filo pastry on a clean work surface
  22. Brush with unsalted butter lightly
  23. Add filling to pastry
  24. Fold the edges in towards the filling, then roll up
  25. Transfer rolls to baking tray
  26. Brush each filo roll with the reserved melted butter
  27. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  28. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  29. Remove from oven
  30. Let cool slightly
  31. Serve
