  9. Cover and let rest - 6 hours
  10. Preheat an oven to 240ºC
  11. Place a tray of water into the bottom of the oven
  12. Line baking tray with parchment paper
  13. Dip a spoon into warm water and spoon a spoonful of dough onto the paper
  14. Repeat with the rest of the dough
  15. Sprinkle with seeds
  16. Bake - 18-20 minutes, 240°C
  17. Remove from the oven
  18. Serve
