  1. Preheat an oven to 170ºC
  2. Line the round pans with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Fit the Creaming Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Mix until smooth - 5 minutes, speed 3
  6. Add eggs while the machine is running - 2 minutes, speed 1
  7. Sift in the ingredients
  8. Mix - 30 seconds, speed 1
  9. Then add the ingredients
  10. Mix - 30 seconds, speed 1
  11. Divide the batter between the 2 round pans
  12. Top both the pans with the ingredient
  13. Bake - 20-25 minutes, 170°C
  14. Remove from the oven and let cool
  15. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  16. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  17. Whisk until creamy - 2 minutes, speed 3
  18. Then add the ingredients
  19. Whisk until combined - 2 minutes, speed 1
  20. Place one sponge onto a serving plate
  21. Spread the filling on top of the first sponge and then place the second sponge on top
  22. Add the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until combined
  23. Spread the icing over the top of the cake
  24. Chill in the fridge before serving - 30 minutes
  25. Serve
