  11. Let both coloured doughs rest at room temperature - 30 minutes
  12. Add the ingredients into a small bowl
  13. Mix until well combined and set aside
  14. Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin
  15. Retrieve the coloured doughs and remove the plastic wrap
  16. Divide each coloured dough into 2 pieces
  17. Roll out each piece of green and red dough into a square, about 20cm
  18. Take one piece of red dough and place the ingredient at intervals
  19. Top with 1 tsp of cheese filling
  20. Place one piece of green dough on top so it lines up with the red dough
  21. Gently press around each filling to release air and seal
  22. Cut out each ravioli with a knife or pasta cutter
  23. Repeat with the remaining dough pieces
  24. Cook the ravioli in salted water - about 4-5 minutes
  25. Arrange the ravioli like a chess board, 1 red and 1 green side next to each other
  26. Garnish if desired
  27. Serve
