  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add quince to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed until smooth - 3 min, speed 12
  6. Add sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 100°C, speed 9
  8. Transfer jelly to airtight container
  9. Before closing the lid, let the quince jelly cool completely
  10. Refrigerate until needed
  11. Serve
