Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add water, sugar and dried yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Let rest - 5 min
  5. Add strong white bread flour, whole wheat flour, italian herbs, fine sea salt and olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  8. Then add sundried tomato and parmesan cheese to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  10. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Roll into a square, about 30cm in dimension
  13. Cut into strips
  14. Twist the dough strips
  15. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  16. Cover with plastic wrap
  17. Prove - 30 min
  18. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  19. Remove the plastic wrap and place the baking tray in the oven
  20. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  21. Serve
