Cream of cauliflower and steamed cod, you can use any fish here, but ones with a stronger flavour work best as the broth is quite strong in flavour.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  6. Add fresh parsley, cauliflower, garlic clove and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  8. Slice potato and leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 1
  12. Add cod fillet to the steamer tray to top shelf
  13. Steam - 20 min, 104°C, speed 1
  14. Remove
  15. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  16. Serve
  17. Garnish with green onion
