Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, sugar, vanilla extract and fresh yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 37°C, speed 5
  6. Then add all purpose flour, egg, double cream, salt and butter to the kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 37°C, speed 7
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  11. Knock back the dough
  12. Roll out the dough into a rectangle
  13. Sprinkle with pink praline
  14. Roll into a log lengthways
  15. Cut into 2 cm wide pieces
  16. Grease a clean bundt pan
  17. Transfer shaped dough to bundt pan
  18. Bake - 30 min, 30°C
  19. Bake - 35 min, 160°C
  20. Serve
