Step preview

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add sesame oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add onion, carrot, zucchini, red bell pepper, garlic clove and ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 6 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add arborio rice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Add water and miso to a clean jug
  10. Stir until combined
  11. Transfer content of jug to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 3
  13. Remove the splashguard
  14. Cook - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 3
  15. Divide content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl between 4 serving bowl
  16. Top with green onion, dried wakame seaweed and roasted sesame seeds
  17. Serve
