An easy, one-pot take on the classic chicken marsala. Chicken, shallots, garlic, and mushrooms are lightly sauteed and doused in a rich, herby sauce. This recipe is delicious served alongside steamed white rice or polenta, with plenty of crusty bread to mop up any leftover sauce.

  7. Transfer chicken to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  9. Attach the Stir Tool
  10. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  12. Then add shallot and garlic purée to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  14. Remove the splashguard
  15. Add chestnut mushrooms to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook - 4 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  17. Transfer chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  20. Then add marsala, chicken stock, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Cook - 1 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  22. Cook - 7 min, 105°C, Stir 4
  23. Then add fresh parsley to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Cook - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 2
  25. Serve
