Bapao is a stuffed dumpling and traditional Indonesian street food. In China, this dish is known as Baozi or DimSum. It can be filled with meat or a vegetarian filling. Serve with some sweet chili sauce for dipping, warm or cold as a main dish, a snack, or as part of a Buffett. My children also enjoy them in their lunch boxes.
