Step preview

  1. Attach the Whisk
  2. Add milk, egg, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 4
  5. Then add all purpose flour and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 30 sec, Speed 3
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 3
  8. Remove the Whisk Tool
  9. Add canned corn, green onion, lemon, canned tuna and fresh parsley to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Attach the K-Beater
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
  12. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  13. Add sunflower oil to a clean frying pan
  14. Heat - medium-high heat
  15. Take 2 Tbsp of the fritters mixture
  16. Place into the hot pan and flatten with a fork
  17. Repeat the same with the rest of the mixture
  18. Fry each side until golden brown - 3 min
  19. Place the cooked fritters on the lined plate
  20. Serve
