  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add milk, sugar and fresh yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min 30 sec, 35°C, Speed Min
  5. Then add whipping cream - 48% and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min 30 sec, 35°C, Speed 1
  7. Then add all purpose flour and orange blossom water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 35°C, Speed 3
  9. Grease and line a clean round pan
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Knock back the dough
  12. Divide the dough in 9 balls of equal size
  13. Transfer dough balls to round pan
  14. Brush with egg
  15. Sprinkle with pearl sugar
  16. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise - 30 min
  17. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  18. Bake - 25 min, 150°C
  19. Serve
