Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add butternut squash to a clean baking tray
  3. Drizzle with vegetable oil
  4. Mix until coated
  5. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  6. Remove from oven then set aside
  7. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  8. Add vegetable oil, leek and fresh sage to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 7 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  11. Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
  12. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  13. Attach the Creaming Beater
  14. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  16. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  18. Then add whole milk, salt and white pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 90°C, Stir 1
  20. Then add cheddar cheese to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed Min
  22. Then add macaroni to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Transfer content of small bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Transfer the baked butternut squash into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  25. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  26. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  27. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking dish
  28. Top with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and fresh sage
  29. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 200°C
  30. Serve
