  7. Then add baby spinach to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  9. Drain the spinach and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out any excess liquid
  10. Return the spinach to the appliance bowl
  11. Add ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, garlic clove, ground nutmeg, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Attach the K-Beater
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  14. Transfer mixture to medium bowl then set aside
  15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Attach the Stir Tool
  17. Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  19. Then add garlic clove and onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 105°C, Stir 3
  21. Then add salt, black pepper, Passata, water and fresh basil leaves to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Cook with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 105°C, Stir 4
  23. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  24. Add Fresh Lasagna Noodles to a clean work surface
  25. Spoon 2 tablespoons of spinach and ricotta mix onto the lasagne sheet and spread evenly to the edges
  26. Roll up from the short side tightly
  27. Repeat with the rest
  28. Transfer some of the sauce to baking dish
  29. Transfer rolls to baking dish
  30. Top the lasagne rolls with the remaining sauce and spread evenly
  31. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  32. Bake until light golden - 30 min, 180°C
  33. Serve
