A delicious cheesy pizza topped with crispy kale. To make a large pizza don't split the dough into two and roll into a rectangle to fit your baking tray.

Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add dried yeast and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 30°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add olive oil, all purpose flour and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 2
  7. Remove the Dough Tool
  8. Prove with splashguard fitted until doubled in size - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  9. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into halves
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  14. Spread with pesto thinly
  15. Top with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes
  16. Top with kale and chili flakes
  17. Drizzle with olive oil
  18. Bake - 15 min, 220°C
  19. Serve
