Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add all purpose flour, salt, suet, water and dried sage to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  6. Knead until elastic
  7. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  8. Shape into balls
  9. Cover with kitchen towel then set aside
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  12. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 140°C, Speed OFF
  14. Then add pork shoulder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  16. Transfer the pork into a medium bowl
  17. Repeat the same with the remaining pork
  18. Add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  20. Then add all purpose flour and dried sage to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  22. Then add apple cider, chicken stock and cooking apple to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Transfer the pork back into the appliance bowl
  24. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 hr, 95°C, Stir 4
  25. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  26. Mix until combined
  27. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  28. Add chestnut mushrooms, sweet potato, carrot and green beans to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  29. Transfer dumplings to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  30. Remove the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  31. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  32. Serve
