Salmon Fish Cakes are a great way to add more fish to your diet. They are easy and quick to make, and are a tasty meal for brunch, lunch or dinner, especially during Lent. They’re also a delicious way to use up leftover fish or mashed potatoes.

  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl

  4. Cook - 25 minutes, 98ºC, speed 1
  5. Remove the Stir Tool
  6. Drain the potatoes into a colander and set aside
  7. Clean the appliance bowl
  8. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  9. Attach the lid and ensure the filler cap is not fitted
  10. Cook - 10 minutes, 98ºC, speed off
  11. Drain the salmon into a colander and set aside
  12. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade
  13. Add the cooked potatoes into the appliance bowl
  14. Then add the ingredients
  15. Attach the lid and ensure the filler cap is not fitted
  16. Mix – 30 seconds, speed 8
  17. Then add the salmon
  18. Mix – 20 seconds, speed 1
  19. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  20. Line a medium baking tray with parchment paper
  21. Add the ingredients into 3 small bowls
  22. Divide the salmon mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a fish cake
  23. Coat each fish cake in flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs
  24. Place the fish cakes on the prepared baking tray
  25. Bake until golden – 25 minutes, 180ºC
  26. Serve
