Baghrirs are Moroccan pancakes, recognised by the holes on the surface. These holes are perfect to soak in melted butter and honey when served. During cooking, you only need to cook one side and let them cool individually, otherwise they will stick to each other if you stack them before they have cooled. These pancakes do not require milk or eggs to make so they are a great recipe for when you have neither ingredient, they also do not require cooking in any fat or oil, so they are a healthier option.
