A no-bake peanut butter cookie dough base topped with a feathered chocolate and peanut topping and a pinch of sea salt. Simply make the base and refrigerate whilst you make the chocolate topping.

Step preview

  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  2. Attach Creaming beater
  3. Add amaretti biscuits, almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 5, Stir 1
  5. Remove the bowl from the machine
  6. Let cool slightly
  7. Add chocolate chips to the EasyWarm Bowl
  8. Stir until combined
  9. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
  10. Level
  11. Chill in freezer - 10 min
  12. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  13. Attach Creaming beater
  14. Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to the EasyWarm Bowl
  15. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 7, Stir 1
  16. Let cool slightly
  17. Add smooth peanut butter and unsalted butter to a clean heatproof bowl
  18. Microwave in microwave until melted - 20 sec
  19. Stir until smooth
  20. Remove the tin from the freezer
  21. Let rest - 5 min
  22. Pour chocolate mixture into square pan quickly
  23. Drizzle or pipe the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate in straight lines
  24. Lightly draw a skewer through the peanut butter lines to create a feathered or marbled effect
  25. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes
  26. Chill in fridge - 10 min
  27. Serve
