  5. Then add cashew nuts, blanched almonds, pistachios, raisins and medjool dates to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until toasted - 5 min, 150°C, Stir 3
  7. Transfer mixture to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  9. Attach the Stir Tool
  10. Add ghee to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 95°C, Speed OFF
  12. Then add vermicelli to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until toasted - 10 min, 160°C, Stir 4
  14. Then add whole milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 105°C, Stir 2
  16. Transfer date mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Add caster sugar and ground cardamom to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 105°C, Stir 2
  19. Serve
