Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice white cabbage into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add salt, sugar and ground caraway to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, speed 4
  11. Drain cabbage into colander
  12. Transfer cabbage to large mixing bowl then set aside
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  19. Then add onion to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  21. Then add white wine vinegar, water and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  23. Transfer cabbage to kCook bowl
  24. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  25. Transfer coleslaw to large mixing bowl and cover
  26. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  27. Serve
