  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add whipping cream and whiskey to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  6. Transfer mixture to jug
  7. Cover with plastic wrap
  8. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  9. Attach the Creaming Beater
  10. Add caster sugar and glucose syrup to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 180°C, Stir 2
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 180°C, Speed OFF
  13. Add cream to Cooking Chef XL Bowl gradually
  14. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 115°C, Stir 1
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 150°C, Speed OFF
  16. Then add vanilla extract, dark chocolate and unsalted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Stir 1
  18. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  19. Pour mixture into square pan carefully
  20. Let cool completely - 1 hr
  21. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes evenly
  22. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  23. Cut into squares
  24. Serve
