We have used a mix of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Use your favourite berries, fresh or frozen or ready-made puree. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.

  1. Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
  2. Attach the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
  3. Add whipping cream, natural yogurt, caster sugar and mixed berries to a clean jug
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
  6. Mix - 30 Minutes, Speed MIN
  7. Transfer the yoghurt mixture to an airtight container and cover with a lid
  8. Freeze until solid - 5 hr
  9. Serve
