A refreshing iced drink, perfect for brunches, picnics, or BBQs. When straining the strawberry syrup don't squash the strawberries, it will make the syrup cloudy, but you can use these strawberries on yoghurt or porridge. It will also make more syrup than you will need but you can store in in a sealed container in the fridge for 2 weeks.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add strawberries, water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 94°C, speed 1
  6. Strain mixture into jug and let cool
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  9. Add water and peppermint tea bags to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 80°C
  13. Pour the tea into a serving jug and add the strawberry syrup to taste
  14. Stir until combined
  15. Top with ice
  16. Serve
