Step preview
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add water, milk, butter, salt and sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
- Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, speed 6
- Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
- Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Pipe with piping bag
- Brush with egg
- Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 180°C
- Prick each pastry to make a small hole and return to the oven
- Bake until crispy - 10 min, 180°C
- Transfer onto cooling rack until cold
- Pipe with piping bag
- Serve
