Step preview

  1. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  2. Add bread flour, plain yogurt, water, dried yeast, honey and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Knead with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 10 min, Speed 1
  4. Grease a clean medium bowl
  5. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  6. Stretch and fold dough twice
  7. Let rest - 5 hr
  8. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  9. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  10. Let rest - 1 hr 10 min
  11. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  12. Place a heatproof container with water in the oven
  13. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  14. Bake - 15 min, 250°C
  15. Serve
