Step preview

  1. Fit the Slow Cook attachment
  2. Add garlic purée, ginger purée, chili paste, cilantro, black pepper, salt, tamarind paste, brown sugar and lime juice to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  5. Place trout fillet on the work surface
  6. Brush the marinade mix on both sides of the fish
  7. Sprinkle with green onion
  8. Drizzle with olive oil
  9. Top with fresh thyme
  10. Fold the parchment paper over and seal
  11. Place fish on steamer tray
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Steam with filler cap removed - 25 min, 104°C
  16. Serve
