Step preview

  1. Fit the Creaming Beater
  2. Add eggs into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Mix - 1 minute, speed 1
  4. Then add the cheese
  5. Mix – 1 minute, speed 1
  6. Add the ingredients
  7. Mix – 1 minute, speed Min
  8. Line a plate with paper towels
  9. Add oil into a large, heavy based pot and heat to 170ºC
  10. Working in batches, scoop 1 tsp of the mixture and lower it into the hot oil
  11. Fry in batches – 3 minutes, medium-high heat
  12. Carefully remove the frittelle using a slotted spoon and transfer onto prepared plate
  13. Repeat with remaining batter
  14. Add caster sugar into a medium bowl
  15. Toss the fried frittelle in the sugar then place on a serving plate
  16. Serve
