Zabaglione is one of the most popular desserts in Italy, and one of the simplest to prepare. Using only egg yolks, sugar, and marsala (or the same quantity of cold espresso), a few minutes whisking transforms these ingredients into a rich, warming custard, perfect for dunking crisp savoiardi or amaretti into at the end of a delicious meal.

  7. Heat - 2 minutes, 85°C, speed 2
  8. Cook until thickened and creamy - 10 minutes, 85°C, speed Stir 1
  9. Let cool – 5 minutes
  10. Serve
