Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 37°C, speed 4
  6. Then add fresh yeast, bread flour, olive oil, sugar and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Transfer dough to work surface
  9. Roll the dough into a ball and shape a loaf
  10. Score the surface and sprinkle lightly with some flour
  11. Wrap with foil
  12. Place the loaf in the cold oven
  13. Bake - 40 min, 220°C
  14. Remove from oven
  15. Place bread on cooling rack
  16. Remove the foil and let cool
  17. Serve
