  4. Drain the potatoes, transfer them to a large bowl and let them cool

  6. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the appliance bowl
  7. Heat – 1 minute, 140ºC, speed off
  8. Then add the sausages
  9. Cook - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 2
  10. Add the drained potatoes with the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  11. Mix – 2 minutes, speed Min
  12. To serve, garnish with chopped chives
