Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC
  2. Add nuts to a baking tray
  3. Roast - 10 minutes, 160°C
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool
  5. Add the ingredients to a saucepan
  6. Heat until the syrup reaches 170°
  7. Add vanilla to the nuts then pour over the syrup and let cool
  8. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  9. Transfer the nut mixture into the attachment
  10. Blend - 1 minute, speed 1
  11. Blend until smooth - 2-3 minutes, speed 5
  12. Then add the ingredient and mix gently with a spatula
  13. Serve
