A delicious portion of sweet and sour peppers is just what you need when you feel the need to eat something healthy and nutritious. A side dish rich in vitamin A. I recommend using peppers of different colours. You can also garnish them with pine nuts, basil or other herbs to taste. Use to fill sandwiches, on bruschetta to serve as an appetiser or as a tasty aperitif. Can also be served as a side dish to accompany a meat or fish main course.   2. Add garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl

  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C, speed 1
  6. Then add fine salt, caster sugar, balsamic vinegar, bell pepper and white wine to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 110°C, speed 1
  8. Transfer peppers to medium bowl
  9. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally before serving - 30 min
  10. Serve
