  1. Add the following ingredients in the appliance bowl
  2. Fit the Creaming Beater
  3. Mix - 30 seconds, speed 4
  4. Add the following ingredients
  5. Mix - 49 seconds, speed 4
  6. Divide the batter equally between two large bowls
  7. Add the melted chocolate to the batter in one of the bowls and mix until combined
  8. Add the vanilla extract to the batter in the second bowl and mix until combined
  9. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  10. Add the egg whites
  11. Mix - 1 minute 15 seconds, speed Max
  12. Preheat the oven - 180°C
  13. Divide the whisked egg whites into the two bowls containing the batter
  14. Fold the egg whites gently in the batter
  15. Grease and flour the loaf pan
  16. Pour a third of the chocolate batter in the loaf pan
  17. Pour a third of the vanilla batter on top of the chocolate batter
  18. Continue alternating the two batters until you have used everything up
  19. Bake - 30 minutes, 180°C
  20. Remove from the oven and let cool
  21. Serve
