Do you fancy some super soft cheese rolls? Then why not try these savoury rolls right away? I filled the soft yeast dough with a mixture of goats’ cheese, cream cheese, and leek. You may also use beef mince or potatoes instead. The small rolls stay wonderfully soft and moist; they are the ideal snack at home, at a picnic, on the go, in the office, for kindergarten or at school.   1. Making the Dough:
  2. Fit the Dough Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Let rest - 10 minutes
  5. Then add the next ingredients, fit the splashguard
  6. Knead until smooth - 10 minutes, speed 1
  7. Remove the Dough Tool
  8. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  9. Making the filling:
  10. Add the ingredients into a large bowl
  11. Mix until well combined and set aside
  12. Making the rolls:
  13. Preheat an oven to 170ºC
  14. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape into balls
  15. Roll out each ball into a long rectangle
  16. Using a medium-size ice scoop, place some of the filling in the centre
  17. Fold the dough once, fold up the sides and gently roll it up
  18. Place the rolls onto a tray
  19. Add the ingredients into a small bowl
  20. Mix until well combined
  21. Brush the egg mixture onto each roll
  22. Sprinkle with seeds
  23. Bake until golden brown - 25-30 minutes, 170°C
  24. Remove from the oven
  25. Serve warm
