A quick, fragrant syrup, perfect for mocktails, cocktails and homemade iced tea. Leave the skins on to give the syrup a beautiful colour.

  2. Add peach, water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 94°C, speed 1
  6. Strain mixture into jug through a sieve and let cool
  7. Pour syrup into bottle
