Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven - 220ºC
  2. Fit the K-Beater
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  4. Mix until a smooth dough formed - 2 minutes, speed 1
  5. Divide the dough into two pieces
  6. Attach the Pasta Roller attachment
  7. Adjust the setting to 0
  8. Sprinkle some flour between the rollers
  9. Start on speed 1
  10. Take one piece of dough and flatten until about 1 cm thick
  11. Pass the dough through the rollers
  12. Fold the dough in half
  13. Repeat passing the dough through the rollers, adjusting the setting down each time until you reach setting 4
  14. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and cut into squares or triangles
  15. Place the shaped dough on the baking tray
  16. Repeat the same rolling and cutting process with the other piece of dough
  17. Remove the attachment from the machine
  18. Brush the dough with a small amount of water and prick once with a fork
  19. Sprinkle with herbs
  20. Bake until lightly golden – 12 minutes, 220ºC
  21. Remove from the oven and let cool
  22. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  23. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  24. Mix until smooth – 2 minutes, speed 1
  25. Remove the attachment from the machine
  26. Transfer the dip and crackers to serving bowls
  27. Serve
