Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add caster sugar, icing sugar, ground almonds and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  6. Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  8. Dust a clean work surface with icing sugar
  9. Transfer mixture to work surface
  10. Shape marzipan into a ball
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  13. Add cocoa powder to a clean small bowl
  14. Take 1-2 Tbsp of the chilled marzipan and shape into a ball
  15. Then roll the ball in the cocoa powder until coated
  16. Repeat with the rest
  17. Serve
