Step preview

  1. Add the following ingredients into the steamer basket
  2. Add water into the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  3. Fit the steamer basket on the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  4. Fit on the heat protector and the splash guard
  5. Steam - 30 minutes, 110°C, speed off
  6. Drain the potatoes
  7. Transfer the potatoes back into the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  8. Fit the K-Beater
  9. Mix - 2 minutes, speed Max
  10. Add the next ingredients
  11. Mix until well combined- 2 minutes, speed 1
  12. Transfer to a medium size bowl and set aside
  13. Clean the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  14. Add oil into the appliance bowl
  15. Heat - 2 minutes, 140°C, speed off
  16. Then add the meat
  17. Fit the K Beater
  18. Heat - 5 minutes, 140°C, speed Stir 1
  19. Transfer to a medium size bowl and set aside
  20. Clean the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  21. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  22. Fit the Creaming Beater
  23. Cook - 5 minutes, 110°C, speed Stir 1
  24. Add the next ingredient
  25. Cook - 5 minutes, 110°C, speed Stir 1
  26. Add the lime juice to the sauce
  27. Mix - 30 seconds, speed 2
  28. Pre-heat the oven - 180°C
  29. Transfer the chicken in a gratin dish
  30. Pour the sauce over the chicken
  31. Transfer the mashed potatoes to the gratin dish and cover the chicken
  32. Spread until level
  33. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and knobs of butter
  34. Bake - 25 minutes, 180°C
  35. Serve
