Step preview

  1. Add water into a saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling
  3. Add the next ingredients into a medium bowl and set aside
  4. Add broad beans to the saucepan
  5. Cook – 1 minute
  6. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the beans into the medium bowl and let cool – 3 minutes
  7. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  8. Add broad beans and the following ingredients into the attachment
  9. Mix until smooth – 5 minutes, speed 3
  10. Remove the attachment from the machine
  11. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl
  12. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with herbs
  13. Serve
