Step preview

  1. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  3. Blend until smooth - 1 minute, speed 4
  4. Transfer the shrimp filling to a medium bowl and set aside
  5. Reassemble the attachment to the machine
  6. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  7. Blend until smooth - 1 minute, speed 4
  8. Transfer the shrimp mixture then add water to the appliance bowl
  9. Fit the Stir Tool
  10. Cook and continue - 20 minutes, 90ºC, speed Stir 2
  11. Rollout the dough, fill with the shrimp filling and seal with egg
  12. Add the ravioli into the Steamer basket
  13. When finished cooking, remove the Stir Tool, and fit the Steamer basket into the appliance bowl
  14. Cook - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed Off
  15. Serve with soybeans, noodles and mushrooms
  16. Serve
